Gabrielle Derogene is the Founder & Educational Facilitator behind Systemic Racism Is A Disease® Don't Make Me Sick LLC.

A first-generation Haitian American with a background in criminology, Gabrielle created this platform after recognizing a gap between lived experiences, public conversations, and accessible research on systemic racism.

Through years of community involvement, advocacy, and education, she observed that many people encounter racial disparities in healthcare, education, criminal justice, and public policy without always having the tools to understand how these systems connect.

Her goal is to create accessible learning experiences that empower individuals to explore research, recognize patterns, and engage in meaningful conversations about issues that continue to shape communities today.
