Systemic Racism Is A Disease® Don't Make Me Sick LLC is a Black-owned educational brand dedicated to making complex conversations about systemic racism more accessible through research, learning, and community engagement.

Our mission is to help individuals better understand how history, policy, and institutions shape everyday life and contribute to disparities across communities. Through educational guides, apparel, and facilitated discussions, we aim to increase awareness, encourage independent research, and promote meaningful dialogue about the systems and patterns that continue to influence our society today. 

Our educational framework is designed in three levels:

Foundations: Understanding key concepts and historical context

Pattern Recognition: Learning to identify how systems and disparities appear in everyday life

Critical Conversations: Applying knowledge through discussion, analysis, and real-world engagement.
